At Rootcup, we take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. With the exception of “non-refundable items” listed below, we will accept returns on items purchased from Rootcup.com if they are returned unused, in original condition and in original packaging within 30 DAYS of being received.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can send out a replacement item and arrange to have the item picked up from you.
Non-refundable items:
- Items from clearance, sale, and any special promotion are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Gift cards
To return an item please contact us and we will send you return instructions including an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Rootcup.com does NOT accept returns on merchandise obtained from any retailer other than Rootcup.com.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping fees and ship the item(s) back to Rootcup. When shipping a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund (minus the original shipping charges) will be credited back to the method of payment used in the original transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable):
Once your refund is approved, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
