Once you place your Rootcup order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to leave the warehouse. Once shipped, it typically takes 2-5 business days in transit, depending on where you are located.
We provide flat rate standard shipping for $4.95 on all Rootcup orders shipped within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
International Orders
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
Returned Mail
We are not responsible for re-shipping packages that are returned to us because the address provided by the customer was incorrect. The customer will be responsible for repaying for shipping and handling before we will send the package again.
